The Damascus Bread Knife is made using Japanese VG-10 Super Steel from Japan, the ergonomically designed knife offers a full-tang for balance, and G10 handle for strength and moisture resistance.

Key Features:

• Precision-forged from VG-10 Super Steel and layered in 72 layers of stainless  steel( in total: 73 layers) that resists stains and corrosion.
• The durable G10 fiberglass handle is moisture resistant, will not change shape or crack.
• The full tang is triple riveted to the handle for exceptional durability with a feature mosaic rivet for added elegance.

This bread knife is suitable for slicing both hard and soft surface ingredients, including but not limited to crusty loaves of bread, bagels, cakes, pies, tomatoes, watermelon, pineapple, barbecued meats.
