About the 8.5-Inch Kiritsuke Knife

The 8.5 in. (215mm) Kiritsuke features VG-10 super steel core blade with a unique patterned Damascus cladding. Kiritsuke: With its wider blade, the Bunka knife is suitable for cutting vegetables, while the triangle-shaped tip area is particularly useful when cutting fish and meats.

The eye-catching full tang resin handle is ergonomic, so it's designed for optimal efficiency and balance.
