Blade: The blade features custom 73-layers high-carbon stain-resistant steel with additional cobalt and vanadium. This provides the long-lasting sharpness and hardness (HRC 62+/-) of high carbon stainless steel, and the ease of maintenance of stain-resistant steel.

Handle: Dark ebony wood is ideal for knife handles. The ergonomic design improves productivity and comfort and helps reduce physical fatigue. Special stainless steel compression rivets do not rust.
