We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase which is why we offer returns within the first 60 days from the day your order is delivered. Stock up your kitchen, test the products and if you're not happy, send it back!

Return Policy Details:

To initiate a return please contact customer service at tamkotacutlery@gmail.com.
For orders from Canada and Europe we are unable to provide a return shipping label.
Upon receiving your return label you have 10 days to ship your return back. If items are not shipped within this time frame, then a refund will not be issued for your item.
Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items marked as Clearance are FINAL SALE. Reach out to Customer Care for advice before purchasing items marked FINAL SALE.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or returned at any time.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.

2. A photo of the issue (if relevant)
3. Your order number
